Applying for an Opportunity Grant is easy.  You may apply online by completing the information below (remember to fax the information that will support your budget @ 697-0769), or download the application.

Items to Consider

Clarity Counts
Proposals that are clear and have an easily identified need will be viewed favorably. Please have an outside person review your document for clarity before submitting it.

Budget Items
Budget items such as food and advertising are allowed, but should have a very clearly stated rationale. To ensure the greatest detailed information, it is recommended that you submit any supporting documentation such as catalog pages, quotes, or any other document that further details your budget. Fax information to 697-0769.

Appropriate Use of Funds
Prior to release of any funds, you will be asked to sign a statement assuring appropriate use of funds. Funds are not to be used for stipend and/or salary.

Post-Project Evaluation
An evaluation form must be submitted to the Clark County Education Association Community Foundation within 45 days after completion of the project. This report may be made available to the public. Original, dated invoices must accompany the evaluation.
