**African American World (PBS)
Explore the history and culture of African Americans and browse through educational resources, including lesson plans for grades 3-12.

**African American Odyssey: A Quest for Full Citizenship (Library of Congress)
This exhibition showcases the incomparable African American collections of the Library of Congress. It displays more than 240 items, including books, government documents, manuscripts, maps, musical scores, plays, films, and recordings. http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/aaohtml/exhibit/aointro.html

**Slavery in America
The PBS series Slavery and the Making of America premiered on the Public Broadcasting Service in February 2004. It drew very strong audiences across America, and reviews were very positive.
