Bargaining Set to BeginProcess kicks off with training on February 4
The negotiations teams for the school district and the Association are set to meet for the first time on February 4, 2010. Due to the proven success of the Interest-Based Bargaining process, the teams have agreed to again pursue this collaborative method of bargaining. The first meeting will be a refresher training with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services. The teams will then meet on a semi-monthly basis. The goal of your negotiations team is to have a contract to you before the close of the school year.
