Follows are answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the Early Transfer Period scheduled to take place during the month of February.

Will there be an Early Transfer Period this year?
Yes, CCEA and CCSD have agreed to have an Early Transfer Period again this year.

When will this take place?
The period is from February 1 through February 26, 2010.

What positions will be available?
As of the posting of this information only new schools had been identified.  As additional information becomes available, it will be added to this site.

When will the vacancies be announced?
Human Resources will publish only one vacancy announcement for new schools.  It will be posted electronically on Monday, February 1, 2010 on Interact under Professional Link.

When will the transfer become effective?
The transfer becomes effective at the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year.
