Contract Ratification Information

Attend a Pre-Ratification Informational Meeting & Ask the Team

Amid a very difficult economic climate, your CCEA Negotiations Team worked tirelessly to secure the best possible contract, and is now prepared to present the contract for the 2010-2011 school year for your ratification. To facilitate the process, pre-ratification informational meetings have been scheduled at three locations. Ratification of the contract will be conducted through online voting, affording you the opportunity to cast your vote from any Internet connection.

Pre-Ratification Meetings

Informational meetings are scheduled to provide you an opportunity to review the proposed language and to ask questions directly of the people who worked on the process—the Negotiations Team—so save the date! 

Meetings will be held on Monday, May 24, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the following locations:

Burkholder MS - Theatre

Cast Your Vote Online — May 24 through May 26

Casting your vote will be as easy as 1, 2, 3. Simply click on the Ratification Vote button on this website where you can view the proposed changes and, when you are ready, click on the “My Vote” link, enter your unique PIN code (which was provided on the postcard you received at home) and cast your vote.

Online voting will open at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 24 and close at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 26.

The Elections Committee will tabulate the votes and report the results on the CCEA website on May 27, 2010.
