2011 National Teacher of the Year

Do you know of an outstanding teacher that deserves the recognition and nomination to become the 2011 Nevada Teacher of the Year?

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher to become part of a select group of teachers from every state who will attend a Conference in Dallas, TX with all their peers.  By becoming Nevada’s Teacher of the year, you will automatically be entered for selection of the 2011 National Teacher of the Year program.  These teachers will then meet in Washington, D.C. for a dinner and presentation by the President of the United States in a White House ceremony.  In addition to the trip to Washington, D.C., there are other recognition events including Space Camp, with a chance to attend several functions to represent all the teachers of Nevada.
